Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

Our carriers will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful, due to incorrect
address details or if no one is available at the address, the parcel maybe returned to us, in which
case the value of your order will be refunded, less any postage charges.
