HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

CAN I SPECIFY A DAY FOR DELIVERY?
Unfortunately you cannot specify a particular day for delivery. We aim to deliver all orders within 3-5 working days.
DOES MY ORDER HAVE TO BE DELIVERED TO MY BILLING ADDRESS?
No, when you are filling in your details in the checkout process there is the option to enter a separate address for delivery. If you register and create an account with us there is the option to save multiple delivery addresses.
DO I NEED TO REGISTER TO PLACE AN ORDER?
No, you can order without setting up an account with us. There are, however, benefits from creating an account. All future orders will be quicker to place as you will just need to enter your email address and password. All other information will be saved. You can also see details of all previous orders and create a favourites list to make it easier to find the products you are likely to order.
HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK
Once you place your order you will receive an automated confirmation email but this does not confirm the item is in stock. If the item is out of stock a member of our customer service team will get in touch. They will notify you of the due in date of the item and it is up to you if you want to be placed on the waiting list. If not they will offer you alternative products, or you can choose to cancel the order.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER ONCE IT IS SUBMITTED?
No, once the submit order button is clicked the order is automatically sent for picking and no amendments can be made.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVEN’T RECEIVED EMAIL CONFIRMATION OF MY ORDER?
Email confirmation should be sent to you within 30 minutes of you placing the order. If you have not received this it may have been caught by your spam filter, or there may have been a typing error when you entered the email address. If you have not received the email after 24 hours please contact our customer service team at info@tradesupplies.co.uk.
I’VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD. WHAT CAN I DO?
No problem. Please click here and follow the simple instructions to have a reminder emailed to you.
CAN I RETURN ITEMS?
We hope you will be happy with your purchase, but if you aren’t for whatever reason, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt. We ask that you make sure that the item is in the same condition that you received it in and in its original packaging. We do not cover costs of return post or refund the cost of the original postage. The money will be refunded to you via your original method of payment.
